B.Voc Data Science & Analytics Honours

The B.Voc. Data Science & Analytics programme, launched under CUFYVP Regulations 2025, provides a robust foundation in data science, statistics, and computer science. The course emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in data collection, analysis, visualization, and machine learning. It integrates modern tools like Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the essential skills to handle both structured and unstructured data and apply analytics across various domains, including business, healthcare, and public services. The programme includes mandatory internships and project work to ensure industry exposure and readiness. Students are also trained in ethical practices in data usage, ensuring a well-rounded, industry-relevant education that prepares graduates for diverse career paths .

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the university.

A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination is required for general candidates.

A 5% relaxation in marks is provided for OBC/OEC candidates.

SC/ST candidates only need to pass the qualifying examination.
