1. State Merit Scholarship -Eligibility Details

Rate and Number of Scholarships:	Graduation Rs. 1250/- per annum (300 Nos) Post Graduation Rs. 1,500/- per annum (150 Nos.)
Eligibility Conditions:	Should be a first year student of Under Graduate or Post Graduate course in Govt/ Aided colleges or University Departments. Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination. Family annual income should not exceed 1 Lakh. For Exemption of annual income based on merit, please see the notification.

2.Hindi Scholarship Eligibility Details

Eligibility Conditions:	Candidates who has taken hindi as a sub subject in Degree Level and as a main subject in B.ed/ M.ed/MA/Mphil/Phd are eligible for the Hindi Scholarship

3. Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship - Eligibility Details

Rate and Number of Scholarships	Rs. 10,000/- per annum.
Eligibility Conditions:	Should be a first year student of Under Graduate or Post Graduate course in Govt/ Aided colleges or University Departments. Should belong to BPL family. Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination.

4. Bhinnaseshy Souhrida Scholarship- Eligibility Details

Eligibility	Blind/PH/Deaf students studying in Govt/Aided Arts and Science Colleges.
Financial Support	Fee Charges for Blind students with family annual income below Rs. 2,50,000/- Boarding charges for all PH students who are day scholars and whose family annual income is below Rs. 4,50,000/- Hostel charges for all PH students who are hostellers and whose family annual income is below Rs. 4,50,000/

5.Research Award

• Scholarship amount to deserving students who are enrolled in PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D. courses and to provide them an internship or project programs to develop their working skills.
• A candidate receives the scholarship just once during the duration of a given course.
• The selected candidates of Aspire Scholarship 2023 will receive the amount of Rs. 8000 to Rs. 10,000 per month.

6. Chief minister’s Scholarship Award

• Students who have completed graduation with mark above 75% are eligible to apply.
• Based on merit.
• Annual income of parent should not exceed Rs.2,50,000/-
• Students who have pursued degree in colleges under Govt/aided/autonomous/Self streams are considered.
• The scholarship amount is Rs.1,00,000/-

1. C H Muhammedkoya Scholarship -Eligibility Details

Scholarships Amount

Under Graduates: Rs. 5,000/Year Post Graduates: Rs. 6,000/Year Hostel Stipend: Rs. 13,000/Year

Eligibility Conditions:

1. Should belong to Muslim, Christian,Sikh,Jain,Parsi,Budha community and should be a native of Kerala. 2. Should be a GIRL student studying for Graduation or Higher courses in Govt./ Aided Institution. 3. Students who got admission to Self financing colleges from merit seat are also eligible to apply for this scholarship. 4. Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination. 5. Reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees.

• Students are paid enrolment/registration fees, tuition fees, games fee, union fee, library fees, magazine fees, Medical Examination and such other fees compulsorily payable by the scholar to the Institution or University/Board. The maximum fee ceiling for reimbursement of ‘Compulsory Non-refundable Fees’ for Postmatric Scholarship is Rs.1.50 lakh per annum. Refundable deposits like caution money, security deposit will, however, be excluded.
• Book Allowance: Rs.1500/- per annum
• Parents/guardians income from all sources does not exceed Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) per annum

3.Post graduate scholarship for single girl child –Eligibility details

• Girl students who are admitted in the first year of PG courses in the Universities/Institutions/Colleges included under section 2(f) & and 12(B) of UGC Act.
• Girl students without having any brother or the girl student who are twin daughters/ fraternal daughter may also apply for scholarship under the aforesaid scheme.
• Applicable to such single girl child who has taken admission in regular, fulltime first year Masters Degree course in any designated university or a post graduate college.
• Amount of fellowship: Rs.36,200/- p.a. for a period of two years only i.e. full duration of a PG course. The scholarship will be renewed for the next year of study on receipt of renewal.
• Students failing to get promoted to the next class/ level would forfeit the scholarship.
• Change in course of study will not be permitted. If the awardee changes the course of study, the scholarship will stand forfeited from the date of such a change.

4. Post graduate scholarship for University rank holders –Eligibility details

• The First and Second Rank holders at undergraduate level and admitted in any Postgraduate Course would be awarded the scholarship.
• The scholarship is available to the student for first PG Degree only
• The Undergraduate courses from following streams have been identified for the award of scholarships: 1.Life Sciences 2. Physical Sciences 3. Chemical Sciences 4. Earth Sciences 5. Mathematical Sciences 6. Social Sciences 7. Commerce 8. Languages.
• Tenure of scholarship : Two years
• Amount of fellowship: Rs.3,100/- p.m for a period of two years only i.e. full duration of a PG course.

FROM THIS YEAR ONWARDS THIS
SCHOLARSHIP IS BEING DISCONTINUED .

5. Central sector scheme of scholarship-Eligibility details

• Students who are above 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from the respective Board of Examination in Class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent.
• Not availing benefit of any other scholarship schemes including State run scholarship schemes/ fee waiver & reimbursement scheme.
• Students with gross parental/family income upto Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum are eligible for scholarship under the scheme.
• The rate of scholarship is Rs.12,000/-per annum at Graduation level for first three years of College and Rs.20,000/-per annum at PostGraduation level.
• Students pursuing professional courses, in case, where the duration of course is five (5) years/Integrated course will get Rs. 20,000/-per annum in the 4 th and 5th year.

6. Top class education for SC students

• SC students having total annual family income from all sources up to Rs. 8.00 lakh.
• Will be awarded scholarship to meet the requirements for (i) full tuition fee and non-refundable charges.
• Academic allowance of Rs. 86,000 in the first year of study and Rs. 41,000 in every subsequent year, to take care of living expenses, books and stationery, computer/ laptop of reputed brand with accessories like UPS and printer etc.
• The payment of tuition fee, other non-refundable charges and academic allowance will be made directly to the students by the Central Government through Direct Benefit Transfer mode.
• The students shall deposit the fee to the institute immediately and in any case, within a month of receipt of such payment.
• The benefit of the Scheme will not be provided to more than 2 siblings in a family.

7.National scholarship for post graduate studies

• 1. The scholarship is available to the students for the first PG Degree programme only. Students, who have already acquired any postgraduate degree, are not eligible to apply.
• 2. Only the students, who are already admitted in the first year of PG degree programme in an eligible university/college/institution, are eligible to apply.
• 3. In case of integrated programmes, the scholarship shall be given for PG component only.
• 4. Only students who are below the age of 30 years of age as on the date of admission in the first semester/year of a PG programme are eligible to apply under these schemes.
• 5. The scholarship is available only for students who are admitted to PG degree programme through ‘Regular/Full Time’ mode.
• 6. The scholarship is available only for students who are pursuing recognized PG degree programmes.
• 7. Amount is at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month for 10 months in a year, for two years.

College Management offers scholarships to meritorious students. Fee concession is given to financially poor students.

PTA Scholarship

PTA has a new scholarship scheme VIDYANIDHI in 2023. The scholarship is given to toppers of each class. Only those students who do not avail any other scholarship are eligible for Vidyanidhi scholarship. The merit is determined based on their performance in previous semester examinations.
