Purpose of Online Payments

The online payment facility may be used for remitting fees and charges associated with various academic and administrative services offered by the College, including:

All online transactions are processed through secure and authorized payment gateway providers and banking partners. The College does not collect, store, or retain sensitive banking information such as debit card numbers, credit card details, CVV numbers, internet banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

User Responsibilities

Before completing any payment, users are advised to verify the accuracy of student details, programme information, registration numbers, and payment amounts. M.E.S Kalladi College shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information entered by the user during the payment process.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a transaction, users may receive an online acknowledgement, payment receipt, or transaction reference number generated by the payment gateway and/or College system. Users are encouraged to retain these details for future reference and verification.

Failed or Interrupted Transactions

In cases where an amount is debited from a bank account but payment confirmation is not received, users should retain the transaction reference details and contact the College Office for assistance. Such cases will be reviewed in coordination with the payment gateway and banking institution as applicable.
