Refund and Cancellation Policy

M.E.S Kalladi College (Autonomous), Mannarkkad follows refund and cancellation procedures in accordance with applicable University, Government, and institutional regulations.

Admission Cancellation

Students seeking cancellation of admission must submit a written request to the College Office along with supporting documents and payment details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be processed according to the applicable rules, fee regulations, and admission policies in force at the time of admission.

Non-Refundable Charges

Application fees, processing charges, and certain administrative fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the College.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or payment status issues, students may contact the College Office with transaction proof for verification and resolution.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method or as instructed by the College administration.
