At MES Kalladi College, the Department of Business Administration is committed to academic excellence, professional competence, and value-based education. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme, sanctioned in 1999, achieved a significant milestone with the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education in the academic year 2023–24. The department strives to nurture competent, ethical, and socially responsible business leaders equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic global economy. The four-year, eight-semester Honours programme offers a comprehensive curriculum covering management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, operations, entrepreneurship, business analytics, and business law. Emphasizing innovation, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making, the programme blends strong theoretical foundations with practical exposure. The department provides a vibrant learning ecosystem supported by modern infrastructure, smart classrooms, and ICT-enabled teaching methodologies. Experiential learning is promoted through case studies, industry visits, internships, business simulations, research projects, seminars, workshops, management fests, and entrepreneurship development initiatives. Guided by a team of qualified and dedicated faculty members, students are empowered to transform knowledge into meaningful professional success.

World Environment Day- Green Roots Program
The Department of Business Administration (SF) successfully organized the "Green Roots" Programme to commemorate World Environment Day. In an era where corporate landscapes are rapidly shifting toward ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance and climate accountability, this initiative was designed to bridge the gap between business management education and environmental stewardship. ​The primary objective of the program was to sensitize future management professionals to the concept of the Triple Bottom Line (People, Planet, and Profit) and encourage sustainable leadership practices.
