BCom Computer Application (Specialization in Computer Application)

B. Com Computer Applications programme combines traditional commerce education with modern information technology and digital business skills, covering areas such as programming fundamentals, database management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, e-commerce, business analytics, management information systems, and accounting software applications. This interdisciplinary approach makes the programme highly relevant to today’s digitally driven corporate sector, including IT services, FinTech firms, consulting companies, banking technology divisions, and start-ups. Graduates typically begin their careers as business analysts, data analysts, ERP executives, MIS officers, digital operations specialists, software testers, or accounts executives with strong IT competencies, with advancement opportunities into systems management, business intelligence, digital transformation leadership, or product analytics roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the Kerala HSE or an equivalent examination with at least 45% marks are eligible for admission.

A 5% relaxation applies to OBC/OEC candidates, while SC/ST candidates require only a pass.
