The Department of Business Administration at MES Kalladi College organized a highly informative workshop on "Resume Writing and Interview Skills" on 28th February 2025. The workshop aimed at equipping students with essential skills to enhance their career prospects, focusing on creating an impactful resume and excelling in interviews. The workshop commenced at 10:00 AM, with the Welcome Address delivered by Mrs. Shabna M.K., Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration. Mrs. Shabna welcomed the attendees, introduced the theme of the workshop. Following the welcome address, the Presidential Address was given by Dr. Muhammed Rafi P., Head of the Department of Business Administration. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Dr. C. Rajesh, Principal of MES Kalladi College. Dr. Rajesh shared his insights on the evolving job market and the increasing importance of soft skills in securing employment. The core of the workshop was the session by Mr. Akhilesh P., a Soft Skill Trainer from ASAP. Mr. Akhilesh provided valuable tips on crafting resumes and also covered key interview skills that stand out to potential employers.
