personality development and career guidance class funded by Minority Welfare Department, Govt of Kerala

Department of Minority Welfere, Govt of Kerala in association with Career Guidance Cell and Minority Cell of MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad conducted PASSWORD 2024-25, Personality development and career guidance camp for students of MES Kalladi College on 21/02/25 at Ambedkar Hall. Hundred students from first year who belong to minority community attended the program. The Inaugural session started at 9.30 am with a silent prayer. Shajitha, coordinator of career guidance cell done the welcome address. Presidential Address was done by Dr. C.Rajesh , Principal, MES Kalladi College. He pointed out the importance of career planning in his speech.C.Muhammed Basheer, Chairman of Mannarkkad Municipality inaugurated the program. Key note speech was done by Reghukumar V, Principal, CCMY, Pattambi.Vote of Thanks was done by Shameera, Coordinator of Minority Cell. After inaugural session Tea and snacks distributed to students. Session 1 by Dr. Daison panangadan, Assistant Professor and Educational Researcher, St.Thomas College, Trissur started at 11am. He handled the session on “Motivation, Study at premier institutions, new trends in higher education, civil service options”. The session was very interesting and informative. He interacted with students also. Some of the students cleared their doubt with Dr. Daison.Feedbck and vote of thanks were also done by students.Chicken biriyani was served as lunch to students and officials.Session 2 was handled by Adv.P.M Babu Pallippattu. This session started at 2pm.He handled the session on “career planning and goal setting”. He handled interactive way. Students the session in an were asking their doubts in between.He used real life examples in between. Tea and Snacks distributed.The valedictory session started at 4.30pm. Feedback and Vote of Thanks was done by students. Certificate to selected students were distributed.
