Soft Skill Development Programme Department of Commerce in association with Career guidance and Placement Cell, MES Kalladi College Mannarkad organized a soft skill development programme on 6th September 2024 at Thunchan Auditorium. Mrs.Asmabi K (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce) welcomed the gathering. The session was presided over by Mrs.Femina.E.P (HOD, Commerce). Dr.C Rajesh (Principal) inaugurated the session. Mr.Murshid (Master Trainer,NaITER) handled an informative session on Interview Skills. The session was very informative and fruitful as it focused on the enhancement of communication, Personality Skills, emotional intelligence etc. The session helped the participants to equip with interpersonal and behavioral tools necessary for attending interviews. Mr.Mohammed Jaish.N.P (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce) delivered vote of thanks.
