Kargil Vijay Diwas Observation Date: 26.07.2024, Time: 9.15 am to 10.00 am, Venue: NCC Area The Kargil Vijay Diwas celebration was held in collaboration with the NCC Army and Naval wing cadets of MES Kalladi College. The ceremony was opened by Principal Dr. Rajesh, who laid a wreath at the Amar Jawan (war memorial) in front of the NCC office. The cadets then offered a solemn Shok-Shast (salute to the martyrs) as a sign of respect. During the program, Vice Principal Sub. Lt. Dr. Jaleel T. K., Army Wing Associate NCC Officer Captain Saithalavi P., and Principal Dr. Rajesh gave a thoughtful lecture on the significance of the Kargil War and expressed their condolences to the valiant fighters who lost their lives in it. The ceremony was actively attended by cadets from the Army and Naval wings, making it a memorable and respectful observance.
