SkillCraft : A Soft Skill Development Program

The Department of English at MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad (Autonomous), in association with the Women Development Cell, organized a soft skills development program titled “SkillCraft” on 26 March at Ambedkar Hall from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The program was conducted in collaboration with Career Route Academy. The session was led by Ms. Lakshmi Rajeesh, Senior Trainer at Career Route Academy, who delivered an engaging and insightful training on essential soft skills required for academic and professional success.
