The Department of Business Administration, MES Kalladi College, organized a seminar on “Campus to Corporate” at Tunjan Auditorium. The program was coordinated by Mr. Midhun K.S. The seminar began with a welcome address by Dr. Mohammed Rafi (Assistant Professor, Department of BBA), who highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between academic learning and professional corporate life. The session was then formally inaugurated by Dr. C. Rajesh (Principal, MES Kalladi College), who emphasized the need for students to equip themselves with employability skills and professional ethics to excel in today’s competitive job market. Following the inauguration, Ms. Shabna M.K. (Assistant Professor, Department of BBA) delivered the felicitation address, appreciating the initiative and encouraging students to actively engage in such programs that prepare them for future challenges. The seminar on Campus to Corporate covered essential aspects such as workplace culture, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and professional etiquette. Through interactive sessions and discussions, students were guided on how to make a smooth transition from academic life to the corporate world. The event concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing that the seminar was both insightful and motivating, providing them with a clearer vision of corporate expectations and career readiness.
