Entrepreneurship programme – Workshop on AR and VR by Iluzia Lab

As part of the Mass Gazette Media Fest, the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at M.E.S Kalladi College organized an entrepreneurship programme titled “Workshop on AR and VR” on 16th February 2026 at the Satyajit Ray Audio Visual Theater.The session was led by Noufal P from Iluzia Lab. He shared inspiring insights into the growth and expansion of Iluzia Lab across India, highlighting the journey of building a successful tech-based enterprise.The workshop provided hands-on exposure to Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Students were introduced to the basics of AR and VR, their applications in media, entertainment, education, and marketing, and the future scope of immersive technologies. The practical session enabled students to experience and understand how these technologies function in real-world scenarios.Additionally, the resource person discussed career prospects in AR and VR fields and offered internship and career opportunities for interested students, making the session highly beneficial.
