A Talk with Our Entrepreneurs

Report on “Ignite & Inspire: Start-up Stories – A Talk with Our Entrepreneurs” The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) organized a highly engaging and inspiring session titled “Ignite & Inspire: Start-up Stories – A Talk with Our Entrepreneurs” on 27th November 2024. The event was a remarkable platform for students to interact with successful entrepreneurs and gain insights into the journey of building a start-up. Program Highlights: The program commenced with a warm welcome speech delivered by Mr. Haneen, the IIC Coordinator, who set the tone for the event by emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurial skills and innovation in the current scenario. The session featured two eminent resource persons: Mr. Muhammed Shijas, Founder & CEO of Hexen Mr. Muhammed Swalih, Co-Founder & CEO of Hexen Both resource persons are proud alumni of our institution. They shared their inspiring entrepreneurial journeys, challenges faced, and strategies for building a successful start-up. Their insights and experiences captivated the audience, providing valuable lessons for aspiring entrepreneurs. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Sruthi V S, Joint Coordinator of IIC, who expressed gratitude to the speakers, participants, and organizers for making the event a grand success. Participation: The program witnessed active participation from around 60 students, who enthusiastically interacted with the resource persons during the Q&A session, making it a highly enriching and interactive experience. Outcome: The event successfully ignited entrepreneurial aspirations among students and inspired them to explore innovative ideas. It also strengthened the connection between the institution and its alumni, showcasing the significant role of alumni in motivating the current generation. The Institution Innovation Council looks forward to organizing more such sessions in the future to nurture and empower budding entrepreneurs.
