Quiz competition in Science

The Research & postgraduate department of Chemistry, MES Kalladi college Mannarkkad organized a Quiz programme in accordance with the International mole day on October 24 2025 at 11:30 am. The programme was co-ordinated by Amrutha G (Assistant professor-on contract). The programme aimed to promote scientific knowledge and enthusiasm among students. Head of the department Dr. Mohammed Musthafa T N gave an introduction of the relevance of the day and about the concept of mole in Chemistry. Around 19 students participated in the programme. The Science Quiz Programme was a great success, providing students an opportunity to test their knowledge and learn new scientific facts. Hima (2nd M.Sc.Chemistry) won the first prize and Mubashir T (1st M.Sc.Chemistry) bagged the second prize and also Gopika Hari (2nd B.Sc.Chemistry) got the third position. The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony by Saithalavi sir (Head of the department of Mathematics) and it was appreciated by both participants and audience for encouraging scientific curiosity and teamwork among students.
