Industrial Visit Report: KDHP, Munnar On February 14, 2026, 28 Food Technology students and two faculty members visited Kannan Devan Hills Plantation (KDHP) in Madupatty, Munnar. The visit provided practical insights into CTC and orthodox tea processing, focusing on withering, fermentation, and quality grading. This experiential learning bridged the gap between classroom theory and industrial scale production.
