Department Profile
Department of Food technology started in the year 2015 in MES Kalladi College, Mannarkkad .We offer Under Graguate program B.Sc Food technology. U.G programs are affiliated to Calicut University.This programs is in the self-financing stream. There are three faculties in the Food technology Department and one faculty in the Physics and one faculty in Chemistry Departments, are handling the complementary papers. Department HOD is Muhammed Faisal.K.T .
Objective
The institution has the broad objective of being an active agent of change by responding to the needs and challenges of the times. This is achieved basically through the process of education, training and research.
