One-day seminar on ‘THE SCIENCE OF SUCCESS: NAVIGATING CAREER CHOICES’ was conducted by PG Department of Physics, MES Kalladi college, Mannarkkad on 09/12/2024, 10.00 a.m. in the Audio-visual Lab of the college. Dr. Daison Panengaden, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Physics, St. Thomas college, Thrissur was the resource person. He was a writer, orator and career expert. Students from VI semester and II semester B Sc Physics participated in the programme. The programme started with a silent prayer. Dr. job Sabu K, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Physics, MESKC welcomed the gathering. Dr. Resmi K R, Asst. Prof. and HOD of the Department presided the function. Mrs. Saritha U K, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Physics, felicitated the programme. The seminar ‘The science of success: Navigating career choices’ aimed to motivate and aware students about the career opportunity in physics after graduation. The resource person talked about various competitive examinations that students can appear. Also, he introduced various institutes across our country that will give provide students quality higher education in Physics and related area. Various job opportunities that possible for science graduates is also discussed during the seminar. In friendly and interesting manner, the resource person handled the class for two hours. In total, the participants feedback to the programme was very good. The programme ended with a vote of thanks by the students representative Nasla.
