MILK AN ELIXIR OR POISON

The International Conference MESKCON-2024 was organized by MES Kalladi College,Mannarkkad,Palakkad, Kerala, India, in association with the Kerala state Higher Education Council, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. The conference was initiated in September 2023 .The executive committee identified subject comprises the Department Co-ordinator and HOD. Expertise nationally, took approval from the resource person Dr. Smitha J.Lukose for their willingness to support the conference, and finalised the topic “Milk an Elixir or Poison”. The main aim of this conference was to bring together leading academicians, researchers and students to exchange and share their experiences and research outputs on all aspects of Dairy Science. It was also meant to provide a premier interdisciplinary platform to present and discuss various concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the field of Dairy Science. The conference preparations started with the call for abstracts. The next step was the call for papers, and made its way to the conference Proceedings. The conference was held on 25th January, 2024 in the audio visual lab. The conference started with welcome speech and Chair done by Sminsha K M, Assistant Professor and Head, Dairy Science & Technology.
