Yoga ClubThe Yoga Club was created to offer students a chance to learn and practice yoga together. It is a chance to slow down and learn the basic yoga poses, which help reduce stress and increase flexibility and strength. Yoga Club holds weekly classes taught by certified yoga instructors open to all students, staff, and faculty. Each class encompasses a flow of postures and breathing that promote stress-relief, strength, flexibility and balance.
